A peak inside Home by Trish Deseine-featuring Broughgammon!

Last Monday we hot-footed it down to the amazing OX Restaurant in Belfast for the launch of the new cookbook, Home by Trish Deseine. Home is an incredible tome to Ireland’s traditional and new produce, it’s landscape and it’s people.

Some of our favourite foodie heroes and brands have been included; Gubbeen, Sheridans, Ox, Ballywalter Park to name a few.

What is a little bit mind-blowing is that Broughgammon Farm is also featured! We welcomed Trish onto the farm back in summer, and showed her what Broughgammon was all about. Luckily for us she loved it all and we made the cut into Home and her TV series coming this winter to BBC!

The cookbook includes a gorgeous recipe for our goat leg which we will be testing out soon, as well as pages upon pages of stunning photography and culinary treats. Well worth a look!
