Being farm to fork you’re guaranteed to get your fill of the freshest, purest most honest ingredients. We specialize in Cabrito (Kid Goat Meat), Free Range Rose Veal and Seasonal Wild Game. If that doesn’t satisfy your hunger then don’t worry, as we have access to some of the greatest producers this Isle can offer and will go out of our way to make sure you have the best to make your event a success!
We cater for Private Partys of any size! And can make our menu suit you! As we are dynamic we can fit around any party plans you have!
At the Home Grown Food Festival in Letterkenny we put on quite a show in our Shell Scheme, serving up a delicious menu of Billy Burgers, Goat and Veal Wraps, and of course the Bullock Burger!
At the Ballycastle Market we show our compatability by using one of the markets 3x3m Pop Up Marquees! Whatever the site we can make it work! And still serve up the best in Artisan Food in Street Food Style!
We fill spaces, and we did it in style here at the Dalriada Festival of Sports, Music and Fine Foods! Here we had a super menu including the Billy Burger, Cabrito Burrito and the amazing Kid Kebabs!!
