You’ve seen us at events such as Ballymaloe, Tattersalls and Balmoral Show and now Broughgammon is available to hire for wedding catering and event catering within Northern Ireland and Ireland!

Who are we?

We’re Broughgammon Farm, a family run farm based in Co.Antrim. We specialize in traditional, local produce with a twist-farm fresh Cabrito Kid Goat meat, Free Range Rose Veal and Wild Game and source vegetables and salads from our Kitchen Garden. We’ll all about field to fork farming that creates an unbeatable product!

The Menu:

6 Course Fine Dining Menu*

Canapes: A selection of freshly made canapés; Smoked Salmon beelines, Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil skewers, Cheese soufflé, Rose Veal and wasabi cream topped miniature Yorkshire puds.
Starter: Wild Game Terrine served with a homemade beetroot chutney, and fresh wheaten bread.
Mains: Braised Rose Veal stuffed with a homemade pork and spinach filling, served alongside dauphinoise potatoes, home-grown veg and a sweet cider jus.
Dessert: Chocolate Pots served with fruit skewers.
Cheese: A selection of Irish artisan cheeses.
